Q: How does MidwestFit work?

A: Simply and effectively is the answer! But, you sign up and immediately get 2 weeks of full free access to try out MWF. In just a few minutes you sign up, create your profile, tell us your workout goals, and we populate your profile with your workout program specifically tailored to what you want to improve upon in an easy to use interface.

Q: Why can I only see 1 week of workouts at a time?

A: We want you taking one day at a time and not concentrating on past or future workouts. In order to be successful it is important to stay focused and determined day in and day out. Let us guide you through and we promise you will love the results.

Q: Do I need to give you my payment in order to sign up?

A: No way! Would you buy a car without test driving it first? Same concept here, we want you to have full access for 2 weeks to test drive your new fitness journey. We are confident in the quality of product we provide and think you will be too.

Q: How and when do payments occur for my subscription?

A: You first get a free 2 week trial period. You can sign up at any time. If you haven’t signed up after your trial period you will lose access to your program and be asked to sign up. Once you provide payment information we will unlock your program and you will then be billed on a monthly basis. If you have an extended trial through referrals then in the next billing period we will extend your trial. You can cancel at any time but obviously we would rather you talk to us first to see if we can help improve your experience!

Q: Is your website secure, and is my member profile secure?

A: Yes. We are super serious with your profile, payment, and data information security. We will also never share your information or email with anyone. Period. Your data is your data, and we make sure it stays secure! If you have any questions about how we protect your data feel free to contact us at support@midwestfit.com.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: We definitely don’t want to see you go, so please feel free to contact us via e-mail at support@midwestfit.com to let us know what we can do to improve your experience. But if you do decide to cancel your subscription you just need to go to your profile settings page and then update your payment information.

Q: Where does the name “MidwestFit” come from?

A: We’re from the Midwest, and we represent it proudly! We also really know how to get people fit, so the name is quite “fitting”... See what we did there?

Q: What’s your favorite type of fitness event?

A: Ben, COO and Co-Founder of MidwestFit, LOVES GORUCK. If you don’t know what GORUCK is or own any of their gear, we highly suggest you check them out. They rock. Their events will challenge you to a new level of fitness that blows all those little mud runs out of the water….and our workout programs can get you ready for a GRC for sure!

Q: Do you have a mobile app?

A: Not yet, but it’s on our list of things to dominate here soon. Our website is mobile/browser friendly though for all iOs and Android devices.

Q: How much does it cost to join the MidwestFit Community?

A: At first, nothing! We don't even request your payment info until you try out at least 2 weeks of full access on the site to make sure you are confident that MWF will get you and your health and fitness fully rockin. After 2 weeks of free, full access (more if you hit up the referral bonus), we are only $9.95 for your first 3 months, and $14.95 after that. Those prices are set it stone, we also only have one, full membership...our entire community has the same access to the same resources at all times.
