    What is your stance on eggs? I add green peppers, onions and spinach to it, but I read many different things from many websites. Some say eggs are good and some say eggs are bad. I would like to get a legit answer from someone I trust. Thanks!

      Eggs are fine to eat and are good source of necessary cholesterol and protein. Look, people are always going to find a way to critique everything. People say fruit is bad for you because of the sugar. Yes fruit has sugar and this could be a valid argument if we ate a very excessive amount of fruit with high concentrations of sugar. The same goes for eggs. I wouldn’t suggest only eating eggs but they are a great food to throw in for breakfast.
